The name Porchlight wasn’t chosen by accident.

If you grew up like we did, the porchlight meant something. It was a quiet signal, soft and familiar—the sign that it was time to come home. It stood for safety. For comfort. For being seen, and being welcomed. That feeling is what we wanted to bring into our work: not just polished audio, but voiceover that feels lived in, honest, and made for connection.

And at the center of it all was Frenchie—our tiny Yorkie/Pom with a huge heart, who watched over this journey from the very beginning. She was the heartbeat of our home studio, the quiet supervisor curled up near the mic, the joyful presence that reminded us to lead with love. Though she’s no longer physically with us, her spirit shines in every story we tell. Our logo bears her likeness, and our name carries her light.

Today, Porchlight Productions offers professional voiceover for audiobooks, commercials, eLearning, narration, and more. We work from a fully equipped broadcast-quality studio that allows us to deliver clean, consistent, emotionally resonant audio for clients across the country.
